Setup help
Client-specific steps for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Grok, and generic MCP clients are in the setup guides. Create an account at /signup or sign in at /login before adding the connector.
Support
Two inboxes, and a person reads every message in both. Technical support is support@advisorppc.com: setup, a connector that will not connect, OAuth, an account that will not link, and data-deletion requests. Billing and plans is contact@advisorppc.com: invoices, payment problems, changing a plan, quota questions, agency/enterprise, and security reports (add SECURITY to the subject line). If you are not sure, send it to technical support and we will route it. We reply within one business day, and items affecting live spend are picked up first.
We never need them, and no one from AdvisorPPC will ask you for one.

Plans and extra accounts are on /pricing. Email contact@advisorppc.com with the account email and the plan name you expected to buy. Do not send card numbers.
If the button appears to do nothing, stay on the consent screen and write to support with the time and the AI client. Remove the connector and add it again after you can sign in at /login. Setup steps: /docs.
Email support@advisorppc.com from your account address. We remove stored connection records on request. The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to every connection.
For Agency Manager and higher-capacity needs, email contact@advisorppc.com. Include client count, platforms, and monthly ad spend.
How credentials are protected, and what the connector can and cannot do, is described on the Security page. To report a vulnerability, email contact@advisorppc.com with SECURITY in the subject line rather than opening a public issue.
Send these details with your email to support@advisorppc.com.
Remove the AdvisorPPC connector in your AI client and add it again. That issues a fresh connection, which clears an expired approval or a registration bound to a different account. Setup steps are in the Docs.
Ad and analytics accounts are connected in Settings, and connector credentials are generated in the same place. Plans and limits are on the Pricing page.
Remove AdvisorPPC from that AI client's connector settings to stop that client's connection. Revoke the connector from your AdvisorPPC dashboard, or revoke provider access at the provider, to stop the relevant authorized access.
Email support@advisorppc.com from your account address and we remove your stored connection records. Revoking access at the provider also stops the stored tokens from working.
